Sally Hansen 2015 Fall Inspired by Prabal Gurung Fashion Collection

**Press Sample**

Prabal Gurung launched his eponymous collection in February 2009 with a philosophy encompassing modern luxury, bold femininity and an astute sense of glamour.
Gurung was born in Singapore and raised in Kathmandu, Nepal. After beginning his design career in New Delhi, he moved to New York to finish his studies at Parsons The New School for Design. Upon graduation, Gurung spent two years with Cynthias Rowley's design and production teams. Soon after, he was appointed design director at the iconic Bill Blass, a post he held for 5 years until launching his own collection, PRABAL GURUNG.

If you get a chance to check out his collections, they are awesome! The Fall 2015 collection is very sleek and modern. The colors and styles are bold and blocky and so sleek.

Concrete Jungle
This is a grey creme that is just so gorgeous and super modern for the Fall.
This was super easy to apply (that fatty brush is my FAVE!!) and came to an opaque finish with 2 coats.

Leaf Peeper
This is a dusty rose color that comes to an opaque finish in 2 coats. You can probably get away with one but this is gorgeous. I am in love with this color.
Dusty roses are so in this season so I am super excited to have a color like this in my collection.

Midnight Affair
A gorgeous navy is perfect to wrap up this collection. The deep, dark color and goes nicely against any of the other colors in the collection. Perfect for this modern collection.
This definitely applies smoothly with one coat and can wrap up with two just for peace of mind.
Overall, I love both of these designers collections. The overall dusty look of both collections is what really drew me to it. I love how the sheer colors of Rodarte come together so nicely with their Fall line of sheer dark colors and the modern feel of the Prabal Gurung collection goes so nicely with the colors picked for them, as well.
