It is super cute for the spring and summer months. I looove it both over black and on it's own. I think it has enough glitter in it on it's own that it can be worn solo.
In these pictures I have 2 coats over Wet n' Wild Ebony Hates Chris and then 2 coats over just a base coat on my ring finger.
This polish kind of reminds me of grafittish. It's got such a delicate name, but I can see it having a lot of grunge potential.
